The Purdue University Online Writing Lab (OWL) offers additional guidelines on APA style rules. There are some inaccuracies on the PurdueOWL so check your course syllabus and the APA Manual for more information.

Exercise

APA style rules requires electronic sources, including articles from online journals, to be properly cited.  Go to Chapter 6 of the APA Manual to see what information should be included when you compile your reference list. Note: what is a DOI?
