Purdue OWL
The Purdue University Online Writing Lab (OWL) offers additional guidelines on APA style rules. It provides clear examples of in-text citations and reference page entries for a variety of print and online resources and is used by many universities. You may, occasionally, find inconsistencies between the OWL and the APA Manual. In such cases we advise consulting your course syllabus and following the guidelines in the APA Manual.
