Interlibrary Loan (ILL) is a free service for our current PNW Students (Undergrad & Grad), Faculty, Staff, and official retirees, that allows us to borrow materials that we do not have in our collection, such as books, copies of journal articles, and book chapters from other libraries throughout the country or worldwide. |
What can be borrowed?

Harder to find items, but can still be requested

PurdueBorrow – Use our online catalog to borrow books from other Purdue campuses (West Lafayette, Fort Wayne, Northwest). Quick and easy!
Interlibrary Loan (ILL) – Log into our ILL system and fill out a request to borrow from libraries across the U.S. Great for books, journal articles, and chapters that Purdue doesn’t own. It may take a little longer.
Both services are free for Purdue students, faculty, and staff — helping you get the materials you need, when you need them.
