If you are using Google Chrome, and have access issues you will need to enable Flash. You can do so using the following directions:

1. Go to chrome://settings/
2. Click advanced
3. Under Privacy and Settings click on Content Settings
4. Click on Flash
5. Enable Allow sites to run Flash
6. Disable Ask first
